My Puglian Villa is a trading name of Triumvirate Ltd, a UK company which primarily focuses upon overseas property development. Current activity is centred upon the Puglia region of Italy, where we restore and renovate country properties and Trulli, converting them to desirable Italian villas.

The directors have extensive experience in property development and are supported by a team of professional advisors and project managers in Italy, enabling us to offer a full service, as set out in the Our Services section of our website.
